Dialogue Builds Community
The goal of the Friends Amis of North Hatley forum (fanhca.org) is to build community through dialogue. All citizens, regardless of language, or social and political convictions, are invited to participate in the dialogue to become the voice of the village. Our elected representatives – those who make decisions regarding the future of the community – receive FANHCA notices. By sharing and discussing our concerns, we also communicate with our Mayor and councillors.

I don’t know how great a proportion of North Hatley and nearby redidents receive these FANHCA notices but I wonder if the site’s “regulars” might be asked to recruit friends and family to enroll.
I suspect that this idea has already been mooted. Sorry if it is redundant.
