Bonjour à vous tous,
J’aimerais vous inviter à la prochaine Café Causerie du Comité MADA (Municipalité Amie des Aînés) du Village de North Hatley, ce mardi le 26 novembre à 14h00 au Centre Communautaire de North Hatley (3127 Chemin Capelton). L’entrée à cet événement est gratuite et du café, thé et bouchées seront servis.
À cette occasion, nous serons en compagnie de la responsable des services de l’Aide Communautaire de Lennoxville et des Environs, Mme. Leigh Hortop, MSW (Maîtrise en travail social). Si vous donnez du soutien quotidien à une personne âgée (parent, conjoint(e) ou autre personne) ou vous connaissez quelqu’un(e) qui a cette responsabilité et peut bénéficier d’un soutien, venez prendre une tasse de thé ou café avec nous et prenez connaissance des services offerts par l’Aide Communautaire de Lennoxville et des Environs. La présentation de Mme. Hortop sera faite en français et en anglais.
Comme d’habitude, les membres du comité MADA vont preparer des délicieuses collations faites maison et il y aura beaucoup de discussion et échange d’informations.

Hello to you all,
I would like to invite you to the next Tea and Talk of the Age Friendly Municipality Committee of the Village of North Hatley, this Tuesday November 26th at 2 pm at the North Hatley Community Centre (3127 Capelton Road). Admission to this event is free and coffee, tea and snacks will be served.
On this occasion, we will be welcoming the person responsible for services at Lennoxville and District Community Aid, Mrs. Leigh Hortop, MSW (Master’s in Social Work). If you provide daily support to an aging spouse, parent (or other person), or you know anyone with this responsability who would benefit from some help, come and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with us and join us for a discussion about how Community Aid can accompany you as you care for a loved one. Mrs. Hortop’s presentation will be in both English and French.
As always, the members of the Age Friendly Municipality Committee will prepare their delicious home made goodies and there will be plenty of discussion and exchange of information.
