Petition concerning the maintenance and improvement of services at the Memphramagog Hospital

The Memphremagog Hospital Vigilance committee is launching a petition to improve services at the Magog Hospital and at the CLSC’s in Potton and Stanstead. The petitition is asking for the prioritization of local governance in Magog; since current governance is, at present, mainly assumed by Sherbrooke. In addition, the petition asks :

  • To name a representative of our MRC at the administration board of CIUSS Estire-CHUS;
  • The return of the geriatric unit;
  • Ensure the continuity of local services for the CLSC’s in Potton and stanstead;
  • Add extra beds for the CHSLD;
  • The return of a fair system of payment for parking;
  • Add specialized services related to the needs of the MRC clientele.
