Hello Parents & North Hatley Friends!

Our Santa Shop will be open once again this year!! 

We are looking for donations and are hoping to collect small items such as: 

• Candles
• Hand cream 
• Hair elastics
• Nail clipper sets
• Hand towels
• Oven mitts
• Decks of cards
• Socks 
• Etc… 

If you are able to donate anything, even 1 item, it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Donations of gift bags, bows, ribbon, tags and tape are also happily welcomed.

Each child will have the opportunity to pick two items from the Santa Shop which will be wrapped for their loved ones. The items could be decorative, household, children’s toys, candles, figurines, the choice is up to them!

Please submit your donations on or before December 9th. The Santa Shop will be open for business on December 14th and each class will have the opportunity to visit the Santa Shop throughout the day. The children love personally selecting a special surprise gift all on their own!

This is all about our town and its summer activities and advisories. It is terrific community input from our new administration!

I want to let the community know about the Open Garden Days. There was a big feature piece in La Presse and some days and times are almost now fully booked.

People can book a place on the website at https://glenvillaartgarden.com/open-garden-days-tours/

Dates are June 25, July 23, August 20 and October 1. 

The open days are fundraisers for the Massawippi Foundation. Admission is $25 and tickets need to be booked and paid in advance. Brochures in French and English include maps so that people can decide where they want to go, and the route they want to follow. Timelines, the 5 km trail with art installations that explore history of the site, memory and our relationship to the land, will be open in addition to the areas closer to the house.

People book for either a morning (9-12:30) or afternoon (1-4) visit. No picnicking or dogs allowed, please.

Journées Portes Ouvertes

Le Glen Villa Art Garden est ouvert au grand public uniquement lors des Journées Portes Ouvertes. Les dates varient d’une année à l’autre et sont publiées chaque année.

En 2022, le jardin sera ouvert les 25 juin, 23 juillet, 20 août et 1er octobre. Le coût est de 25 $/personne, payable à l’avance. Tous les profits sont versés à la Fondation Massawippi Foundation qui travaille à la conservation des terres, à la construction de sentiers publics et au financement de projets qui profitent aux communautés autour du lac Massawippi.
