Je m’excuse d’insister pour la publication de l’atelier pour les familles qui arrive dimanche dont nous vous avons envoyé l’information par Arts-Cultures Massawippi mais l’activité est conçue pour développer des liens entre les enfants et les parents et se déroule dans les 2 langues. C’est une chance inoui pour les participants de profiter de l’expérience et du grand talent d’un des plus importants peintres de la région Yvan Dagenais, qui maîtrise le pastel d’une telle façon qu’il a été le premier canadien a être admis à la très célèbre et sélect Société américaine du pastel.

Nous fournissons tout même la collation.

L’inclusion passe beaucoup par les enfants et cela s’avère une mission importante de ARTS-CULTURES MASSAWIPPI. Nous avons besoin de vous pour que cela atteigne les citoyens de North Hatley entre autres.

Hello,

I apologize for insisting on publishing the family workshop coming up on Sunday that we sent you the information about via Arts-Cultures Massawippi, but the activity is designed to develop bonds between children and parents and is held in both languages. It’s a unique opportunity for participants to benefit from the experience and talent of one of the region’s most important painters, Yvan Dagenais who has mastered pastels to such an extent that he was the first Canadian to be admitted to the very famous and select American Pastel Society.

We’ll even provide snacks.

There are only a few places left.

Inclusion is all about children, and this is an important mission for ARTS-CULTURES MASSAWIPPI. We need your help to make this happen for the citizens of North Hatley and beyond.

C’était le 125e anniversaire de North Hatley hier soir. Un vif succès et une belle organisation qui aura accueilli près de 500 personnes. La municipalité a profité de l’occasion pour remettre une plaque honorifique à 4 personnes qui se sont illustrées au cours des ans pour leur apport à la communauté. Noella Dawson, bénévole pour l’église Ste-Elisabeth, Judy Bean, de l’association Community Aid et ancienne présidente de l’association meals on wheels, Julia Richards, ex-postière et Brian Merrett, fondateur de l’excellent site d’informations et d’opinion de North Hatley, Friends, Amis de North Hatley (fanhca.org)

It was North Hatley’s 125th anniversary last night. A huge success and a beautiful organization that will have hosted nearly 500 people. The Municipality took the opportunity to present an honorary plaque to 4 individuals who have gone above and beyond over the years for their contributions to the community. Noella Dawson, Ste-Elisabeth church volunteer, Judy Bean, Community Aid and past president of meals on wheels, Julia Richards, former postman and Brian Merrett, founder of North Hatley’s excellent information and opinion site, Friends, Friends of North Hatley fanhca.org
