As debate regarding flood risk vs. development in North Hatley arrives as predictably as spring itself, I am sharing this story from CBC yesterday.  Perhaps the forward-thinking Mayor Normand Marnacci should be invited to North Hatley as another wise voice to bear on the folly of the current proposed project in North Hatley’s own flood zone.
